SFFLABS is the name used for the independently operated personal website at sff.gg. It is not a separate company or business entity. This Privacy Policy explains how the individual owner and operator of sff.gg handles personal information when you use the site, including Community Builds, comments, contact and subscription forms, hardware databases, compatibility tools and related features.

1. Information We Collect

Community Build submissions. When you submit a Build, the site may process your chosen display name or alias, private contact email address, build title, hardware and case configuration, fitment information, notes, photographs and other information you choose to provide. The contact email is used privately for submission contact, moderation, ownership recognition and update or removal requests; it is not intended for public display.

Comments. Where comments are enabled, the site may process the name or alias, comment text and any contact information you provide, together with limited technical information needed for moderation, security, spam prevention and abuse handling.

Contact and feedback. If you contact the site, information such as your name, email address, subject, message and any other information you choose to provide may be retained so the enquiry can be handled.

Subscriptions. If you subscribe to site updates, your email address and subscription status are processed to provide the requested messages. Where confirmation is enabled, subscription is not activated until the confirmation step is completed.

Accounts and profiles. If account or profile features are enabled, the site may process information needed to create, authenticate and administer that account, such as an email address, display name, profile information and preferences.

Technical and security data. The web server and Micro CMS may process information such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, authentication events, security/rate-limit events and error information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.
